They all concern how the service works. For technical questions (which grit, which product on which floor), the guides and the phone serve you better than a page.
Why are no prices shown?
Because a fair price depends on the quantity, the exact part number and your situation. An abrasive ordered 300 at a time is not priced like a single piece. We would rather give you the right price within 24 working hours than a list price nobody pays.
How quickly do I get an answer?
We reply within 24 working hours. You receive an immediate acknowledgement with your request number and a link to follow it. If it is urgent, call 03 87 71 37 50: that is faster.
Do I need to create an account?
No, and there is nothing to create. You fill in the form and receive a personal link to your request and your quote. The same link lets you reorder the same items later in two clicks.
Do I have to be a trade customer?
No. We also answer private customers renovating their own home. The form adapts: from a trade customer we ask for the company registration number and the collection method, from a private customer the surface area and the wood species. These are not the same details, and both are needed to quote.
Do you deliver, and how quickly?
Yes. Orders placed before noon ship the same day on items held in stock, Monday to Friday. Collection at the shop remains possible, and it is often the fastest option for a site already under way.
How does payment work?
You receive the quote by email and in your tracking area. Once you accept it, card payment is offered through our secure invoicing service. No banking details pass through this site.
I do not know the exact part number, what should I do?
Describe the job: the machine you own, the surface, the state of the floor. Working out what you need from that has been our trade since 1956. The form accepts a request with no part number at all.
